Postage/Returns

POSTAGE

Currently we only post within Australia.

We know how important your order is to you, and for this reason we only offer tracked postage with Australia Post, at a cost of $7.50 per order or free shipping for orders over $120.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of its departure and you'll get your tracking number at this time too. You can keep track of your parcel through the AustPost app.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Our products are fragile and whilst we take the utmost care to package your order up to avoid any damages, sometimes it just can't be helped. If you receive your order and something doesn't look right please contact us at info@k9jewellery.com.au and we will get it sorted for you.

If you are not quite sure on an item and would like more photos of it or a video please contact us at info@k9jewellery.com.au and we will organise it for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase because unfortunately we don't offer a return or refund because you changed your mind or it wasn't what you expected. We will however offer a refund or exchange if your item arrives and there is an issue with it.
