Returns and Refunds
Our products are fragile and whilst we take the utmost care to package your order up to avoid any damages, sometimes it just can't be helped. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it for any damages. If you receive your order and something doesn't look right please contact us at info@k9jewellery.com.au and we will get it sorted for you.

If you are not quite sure on an item and would like more photos of it or a video before you place your order, please contact us at info@k9jewellery.com.au and we will organise it for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase as we we don't offer a return or refund because you changed your mind or it wasn't what you expected. We will however offer a refund or exchange if your item arrives and there is an issue with it.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@k9jewellery.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
